Years ago, we created a programme promoting the cuisine of the Old Wrocław. And it has been going on ever since. Our menu will always offer you dishes inspired by the recipes from 100 years ago. If you wish to try something from the Taste of the Old Wrocław, look for the letter ‘W’. Our Chef de Cuisine, Grzegorz Pomietło, together with Grzegorz Sobol (author of the book ‘Przy wrocławskim stole’ / ‘At the Wrocław table’), has revived for you the recipes which ruled Wrocław tables one hundred years ago and even earlier. It’s a unique fusion of many different cultures, a fruit of passion and love for the historical cuisine. Our cooks are like historians, indeed.

The Art Restaurant is located on the route called ‘The Flavours of Lower Silesia’, an association of restaurants which tell the story of the region. Because Lower Silesia is so much more than culture and nature only. It’s also a kingdom of culinary treasures you’ve never tasted before. On the cards of our menu, you’ll always find seasonal dishes, based mostly on regional products.

Art Kids Menu is a culinary venture that educates children and parents about healthy eating. It all started two years ago. Art Hotel chefs wanted to find out what the ideal children's menu in a restaurant should look like. A joint culinary workshop for the hotel's young guests and the young participants' completion of 200 questionnaires with detailed questions about individual culinary preferences proved to be an excellent source of knowledge.
